"We’ve been with Marvin LeBlanc, State Farm insurance for about 40 years or longer. When we had a house fire Marvin Leblanc was there first thing the next morning to let us know that it would be OK. While vacationing in Florida my wallet was stolen. I just called the office and they immediately text me a copy of my card so I could drive home without worry. The personal service and care is amazing. They don’t just take the money and run, they are there for you."

"There were problems with their payment system over a year ago and I am now being penalized by the State of Louisiana for over $2K because of these issues and my license is currently suspended along with my break tag, registration, etc. I have been calling SF for four weeks, repeatedly, and no one will return my call. I need to work. This is a CODE RED. I want to point out that in 2018 there were problems with lapse in coverage because of their system (which coincides with someone else's comment in this forum). ALSO, about four months ago, Heather with SF sent a letter to my employer about an accident my sister got into, and in that letter she put MY name as well as my sister's name and she gave a complete history about what happened with my sister's accident and about the ongoing lawsuit, which makes no sense because this didn't even involve me yet they contacted MY employer and not their attorneys or the other attorneys involved. Needless to say, fast forward three months and I have lost my job, who knows whether or not sending that letter had anything to do with it. Mr. Leblanc, what kind of circus are you running over there? Your employees are causing harm to your clients! To whoever may be reading this, if you look above, this isn't this office's first time harming their clients in this manner as someone else had to find another SF agent to solve his/her problem. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I will be writing Mr. Leblanc personally about this and contacting the commissioner of insurance (COI). It is a HUGE deal when coverage lapses due to the fault of the very company you are paying to protect you and to have that same company send confidential information to a client's employer is a not only unprofessional, but I think it may be illegal, but I will let an attorney answer that question for me ... I am also certain that this situation will be of interest to the COI. Let's fix this."

"They have good insurance with excellent coverage. However, when notice for increased premiums went out, they were unresponsive about providing different coverage, adjusting discounts, or doing anything. When I went to cancel, they immediately responded to see if I’d get the same coverage elsewhere. When I got new coverage, the LeBlanc State Farm team failed to provide proper cancellation documents, forcing me to call corporate once LeBlanc sent me a bill for the next billing period. If they don’t want to do business, they should be clear and professional. Being dragged out and having to spend extra time to cancel left a bad taste in my mouth. Previously, I had referred customers to them for insurance. I won’t do that any longer due to their unprofessionalism."

"Where do I begin? This Agency is Awesome! Mr. LeBlanc & his staff are always kind, professional & sincere. If anyone is ever having a bad day it never comes across. The morale in that office is Amazing!!! I have been a customer for 40 years & with Mr. LeBlanc for the past 18 years. As an Animal lover it is a treat & a joy to see Mr. LeBlanc 's 2 adorable dogs. Animals bring such joy & calmness & we all need this especially now in our lives. This Agency is so warm & welcoming. Thank you Mr. LeBlanc & Awesome Ladies for all you do. It is greatly appreciated!
